(formerly known as VINATA International Joint Venture Co., Ltd.) was established under the Investment License No. 611/GP dated 2nd June 1993 and officially started operation in August 1993. As a Joint Venture between Vietnam Construction and Import – Export Corporation Joint Stock Corporation (VINACONEX) and TAISEI Corporation (one of the leading construction corporations in Japan) for more than 20 years, VINATA is specialized in construction of civil and industrial projects, providing consultation, decoration and fitting out services for embassies, foreign representative offices in Vietnam. From 2nd August 2017, VINATA has been re-structured to be owned 100% by TAISEI Corporation.
For the last more than 20 years of operation, VINATA has affirmed its trade name in the construction market of Vietnam and contributed a major role in the industrialization and modernization of the country.
